Minimum Order - Minimum opening order is $75.00. Orders less than $75.00 carry a handling charge of $5.00.

Terms of Payment - Net 30 days unless order is part of an extended dating program. Terms of payment are subject to approved credit. All balances past due are subject to a late charge of 1.5% per month.

Types of Payment - We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Freight Policy - F.O.B. Strasburg, ND. Unless specific instructions as to routing are given, Quality Photo Frames, Inc. will utilize its best judgement in shipping regarding economy, safety and speed.

Conditions of Sale - Prices are subject to change without notice. Title and risk of loss of merchandise pass to purchaser upon delivery to carrier. The laws of North Dakota will apply for any interpretation of these laws.

Returns - All sales are final. Merchandise damaged in shipping must be claimed with the carrier. A claim period for return authorization expires 7 days from shipping date. Call our customer service department for a return authorization. Unless there is evidence of poor workmanship and/or defects, all merchandise must be returned in resaleable condition.
